Challenge

Orchird required a project re branding to appeal to the foreign Asian market. Their previous branding didn’t position the brand as a high end boutique development.

Solution

Moko creative developed a clean and sophisticated identity with gold as the key highlight colour. Once a direction and brand was established we created marketing collateral such as EDMs, banner ads, brochures, presentation kits and hording to promote the new boutique residential development in Doncaster, Victoria.

Result

By maintaining consistency across all marketing collateral and changing brand direction, sales have continued to increase..Orchird now depicts a slick new brand which appeals to a high end market.
